A client environment is a single managed tenant in Lexful, typically one of your MSP clients. If you manage 12 companies, that's 12 client environments. A Starter account can hold 5 of those; a Shop account covers 25.
Yes, upgrades take effect immediately and you're billed a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date. Your data is always preserved during plan changes.
You'll see a prompt to upgrade before Lexful blocks you from adding a new environment. Existing environments and all their data remain fully accessible. We don't lock your data or reduce access to what you've already built.
Yes. Annual billing is charged once per year and you get 20% off the monthly rate. For Shop that's $39/mo billed as $468/year instead of $588/year. You save $120 per year. For MSP it's $99/mo billed as $1,188/year instead of $1,548/year.
Yes, all stored credentials are encrypted with AES-256 at rest and in transit. On Shop and MSP plans, every credential reveal is logged with a timestamp and user record. See our security page for full technical details.
Yes. Data export is available on every plan, including Starter. You can export all runbooks, asset records, and credential metadata (not credential values, for security) at any time. We believe your data is yours.
