Up and running in four steps

Create your account

Sign up with your work email. Free accounts support up to 5 client environments. No credit card required to start.

Add your first client

Create a client environment. Assign your team and set permission levels. Each client gets its own isolated runbook, credential, and asset workspace.

Connect your PSA

Link ConnectWise, Autotask, or HaloPSA using your API key. Lexful pulls client and contact data automatically. No CSV imports needed.

Write your first runbook

Use the guided runbook editor to document your first process. Templates for common MSP scenarios are included. Published runbooks are searchable from the moment you save.
